Health 101 - Begins with the proper drinking protocol

On conception, we're 99.9% water.  We spend 9 months in a water solution.  It is proven given birth submerged in water is less stressful on the mother and the baby.  Why doesn't the baby walk when it's born?  Because the baby is 90% water, and water doesn't walk... it flows.  After the baby starts solidifying, it's able to roll over and begin the journey on walking.  Adults are 70% water.  The brain is 90% water.  And if we're fortunate enough to die of old age, we are 50% or less made of water.

If we would educate ourselves to the proper drinking protocol, we would contribute to eliminating the majority of our health issues.

  • We should drink 1/2 oz. of water per pound of body weight
  • We should eliminate drinking chlorinated and florinated water
  • Drink water when your feet hit the floor in the morning
  • Drink water 30 minutes before you eat
  • Drink no water with your meals because it dilutes your digestive juices and your food can not be assimilated
  • Drink water 2 hours after you eat
  • Try to drink your water before 6 o'clock
